• Use on a regular basis. Maximum benefits are obtained when used every few days.
• Mix a small amount of shampoo with water in your hands and use your fingertips to massage it over entire scalp.
• Rinse and repeat.
• Squeeze excess water from hair. Massage a dollop of conditioner throughout your hair and into your scalp. Do not rinse out.  Wrap hair in towel to soak up excess water and towel dry gently to absorb water without removing conditioner. 
• Use as often as needed to maintain healthy hair strands and scalp.
